Hello from All About People!

Hello, we are Olivia, Rosie, Ruth and Sarah, former NHS England colleagues and now co-conspirators.

We’ve set up All About People so we can do more of what puts fire in our bellies, and more of what brings us joy.

We believe that conversations matter, and that meaningful conversations can change the world – one team, organisation, system or city at a time. We want to help you, and your colleagues and stakeholders, to find or rediscover your big vision, the big difference you can make in your part of the world, the new solutions to the difficult problems you face. We can help you to ask different questions, to look at issues and challenges differently, and to find new solutions and ways of working. With decades of combined experience in participation, involvement, facilitation, accessibility, inclusion, designing and implementing strategy and policy, we can support you to navigate through challenging times with kindness and a sense of possibility.
