At All About People we work with you to design an approach that best meets your needs rather than a menu or ‘off the shelf’ offer – our approaches are bespoke to you and your people, your organisation, your context, your challenges, your strengths, your hopes and aspirations. We follow some guiding principles in everything we do.
What does that mean for us?
- We work from the principle that before setting out on a journey, it’s essential to understand where you’re starting from, and to work collectively to develop your vision for the future. This may be unclear in the beginning and continue to change throughout an iterative process.
- As we work together we will help you to clarify what your big ambition or dream is, and to shape the smaller practical actions to start to make the change come true. This is likely to include asking different questions, working in different ways, and having different conversations. It might feel a bit uncomfortable but we will be with you all the way to creating new and creative solutions.
- Part of getting to a different place and to ‘finding new solutions’, is asking different questions and approaching issues in a different way. We have many years of experience of crafting the right questions and taking creative approaches to explore the unspoken, and to generate powerful conversations that become powerful actions.
- We will support you to recognise your strengths and to see and understand the strengths you already have, especially how to recognise and realise the existing and potential talents and passions of your people – the people and communities you seek to serve and the people you work with.
We will work with you. Your commitment will be as important as our commitment. We invite you to trust us, and trust the process.
We are All About People.
What people say about us
I have worked with the All About People directors on a number of projects previously in the NHS. They all live and breathe their values and uniquely have not only enabled the voices of those that are seldom heard but enabled them to be agents in leading the change that was needed. I have seen organisations become more compassionate and inclusive because of this work, I have seen organisations reconsider and rewrite policy and I have seen better outcomes achieved. Perspectives will change, new ways of doing things will emerge and things will improve. All About People will help you uncover and utilise the ambition, capability and hope that has been there all along.
