Our people

We are All About People.

All three All About People practitioners are skilled and experienced co-producers, communicators, facilitators and hosts, with in-depth understanding of the complexities, challenges, and opportunities within the public and voluntary sectors. We have – together and individually – delivered significant change programmes as well as impactful and innovative policy and strategy. We are all highly experienced facilitators and hosts, with strong beliefs in people-led approaches, and in the transformative power of coming together to approach challenges and opportunities in new ways. We can hold space for you as you explore your potential.

“All About People have great knowledge and experience in engaging with diverse and varied communities in ways that really gets their voices heard.  They have a passion for collaboration and co-production with people that enables them to see things differently and make change happen. Their innovative work in the NHS and voluntary sector shows how they can take complex issues and get to the heart of what matters to people, providing a real bridge between communities and the public services there to support them.  They bring energy and commitment, empathy and warmth, as well as a real depth of understanding and a desire to tackle inequality.
Giles Wilmore, former Director of Public Voice and Insight, NHS England

What people say about us

“I have worked with the All About People directors on a number of projects previously in the NHS. They all live and breathe their values and uniquely have not only enabled the voices of those that are seldom heard but enabled them to be agents in leading the change that was needed.”

Dr Dominic Slowie, GP, North East and North Cumbria ICB Medical Director and former National Clinical Director for Learning Disability

“Working with the All About People team has been truly transformational. All About People’s commitment to fairness and inclusive people and community centred approaches is stamped through everything they do. A clear outstanding attribute the team share is their commitment to listening and being flexible to meet the needs of the client/service.”
