Ruth Beattie

Ruth’s skills lie in developing and nurturing relationship-led approaches, and supporting collaboration which makes sense of complexity and finds a way forward together. She is a strong project and programme manager, and an accomplished network builder and policy-maker, bringing substantial experience from a varied life in local government, social services, the voluntary and community sector and the NHS. Alongside working nationally for NHS England for over 10 years and time in Local Government, her charity experience includes time with the Camden Training Network, Involve Yorkshire and Humber and currently NHS Charities Together. Recent training as a Person-led Transitional and Strengths Based (PTS) practitioner has strengthened her resolve and skills to host people and spaces in ways that enable purposeful conversations that spark imagination and inventiveness.
