The Flow Game is a playful and powerful tool for creating interactive reflection, dialogue and action for individuals, groups and teams. Working through a game is a simple but transformative way to ground, strengthen and bring clarity and flow to human beings, our lives, leadership and actions.
The Flow Game is deceptively simple. Players are always surprised at how it creates a supportive, challenging, and unique opportunity to explore the present or future in an intuitive and insightful way. You can find out more about the Flow Game here.
We have all found the Flow Game through different routes and were so inspired by what it offered us as individuals that we chose to train as Flow Game Hosts. The game is a real opportunity to explore what’s sitting with us and asking for clarity. It draws on the wisdom of others and the wisdom that is within us but may not yet be visible to us. Intrigued? How does it work?
You come to the game with a question. Your question needs to be important to you, it needs to be something you are open to exploring with yourself and as part of a group. The best questions are those that feel a bit scary to ask, because of their power and possibility – but what you ask is up to you. The group size is a maximum of 8 players in a game together (usually 4 – 5). We share our questions at the start of the game.
What happens next is up to the roll of the dice – which direction will it take you in? The power and joy of serendipity!
The other players form your wisdom council, bringing the opportunity to draw on the collective wisdom of the group, the surprising insights of strangers, whilst also tapping into your own intuition – discovering new ways of thinking and fresh inspiration.
We are offering a small number of online games, using Zoom, for individuals to play and experience what the Flow Game has to offer. All games will be hosted in English. We invite you to play the Flow Game with us if you have an important question you’d like to explore. Sign up here
